Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is an emerging technology that enhances educational processes, especially in the assessment of learning in graduate programs. This article aims to discuss the results obtained in the evaluation of the graduate pedagogical process assisted by an AI tool in the course "ICT, Society, and University," which is part of the master’s program "Technologies in Educational Processes" at the José Antonio Echevarría Technological University of Havana CUJAE. The methods employed include analytical-synthetic, hypothetical-deductive, percentage analysis, and a non-parametric Wilcoxon Rank C test to evaluate the grades assigned by both the AI and the professor. The results indicate that there are no significant differences between the two assessments, despite discussing how the professor adjusts grades in collaboration with students. Additionally, the advantages and challenges of integrating AI into evaluation are analyzed, highlighting its ability to personalize feedback and improve learning tracking. The findings provide valuable insights into how these technologies can optimize the pedagogical process in graduate programs.
