Abstract

The  management  process  in  education  is  one  of  the  fundamental aspects that need continuous changes. Its purpose is to organize the formation of the  individual  to  assume  the  transformations  demanded  by  society;  to  enable social and productive organization for political participation and to consolidate the democratic  values  necessary  to  advance  in  the  changing process.  Thus,  people are protagonists of their own history, where their decisions are collectively taken
and the values of justice, equality, freedom, participation and cooperation are the basis for their integral formation. The article presents a proposal of an educational management strategy and shows criteria and considerations about how to carry out the development of the teachers’ pedagogical performance. At the same time, an analysis on the main conceptual positions about a topic is made together with the  difficulties  that  are  present  in  the  preparation  process  for  the  training  of pedagogical performance.
