Abstract

This paper presents a new context of educaçaão, management concepts and management of distance learning courses gain even greater importance. A debate about the need to implement a new model or paradigm of educational administration. Defines the Creative Educational Management. Has as main objective to discuss some of the most significant approaches to the concept of Creative Educational Management applicable in virtual environments,. Shows the profile of the manager EAD and the use of games in terms of this model, as well as punctuate some of the future challenges of Management EAD.
