Pedagogic strategy for the preparation of the bosses of intervening social work the EVEA

The evident changes that have occurred in the economic, political and social processes in Cuba; increasingly ratify the need to update the knowledge and skills of the heads of the Social Work department of the Directorates of Labor and Social Security of the municipalities of Havana, which allows them to lead towards processes that promote social change and attend in a manner multidimensional poverty is timely. Therefore, it is necessary to promote learning, providing the possibility of transmitting knowledge and ways of acting, without the need for an in-person event, in order to satisfy the demands of preparation. In consequence of what has been stated so far, this article has like objective to design a pedagogic strategy for the preparation of the heads of the Social Work department of the Directorates of Labor and Social Security of the municipalities of Havana, through virtual teaching-learning environments that allows multidimensional poverty to be addressed in a timely manner. The application of the strategy allowed self-preparation and self-evaluation, an increase in the satisfaction and commitment of department heads, as well as an improvement in their knowledge, skills and modes of action.
