Currently, the study of students` motivation during learning has special importance taking into account the possibilities of using various digital resources for developing teaching in virtual environments. This article focuses on proposing a system of activities designed to improve students` motivation for the Social Studies subject through a virtual teaching-learning environment. The research was carried out at the Clemente Yerovi Indaburu Fiscal Educational Unit, during the 2023 academic year and a descriptive methodology was used with a mixed approach that made it possible to integrate theoretical, empirical and statistical methods in order to characterize the object of study. The main results refer to the proposal of a system of activities characterized by its interactive, collaborative approach and adapted to the needs of students using the Microsoft Teams platform and integrating other applications. Its conception is based on the coordination and subordination relationships among its components. The results of its implementation in the educational practice, in two units of the subject, have shown significant improvement in some of the indicators that make it possible to demonstrate the enhancement of students’ motivation, once the proposed system is implemented.
