Virtual classrooms are an essential way not only to develop distance learning, but also to support face-to-face teaching through blended learning. These classrooms would be effective for the English teaching-learning process at "Manuel Fajardo" University of Physical Culture and Sport Sciences. The lack of resources such as audio- visual equipment to develop the listening skill could be reduced. After analyzing the indications of the technological direction according to the technological availability at the university, the use of virtual classrooms to develop the English teaching-learning process is considered possible. For this reason, the purpose of this paper is to present the structure of a virtual classroom to teach A1 English Level. This structure can be equally useful to develop the rest of the courses, aligned to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages that should be taught at this higher educational center. The creation of these virtual classrooms can improve the English learning quality by developing three of the four linguistic language skills (listening, reading comprehension and writing) out of the acquisition and fixation of the linguistics contents and expressive means.
