Abstract

The authors present their principal ideas about the Cultural-Historical Approach as psychological base to high level professionals, in special engineers and architects, in order to response to needings of Cuban society now, so being active citizens in transformation of social and economic conditions. It´s showed categories, concepts and principles of this approach and is made an analyze of its importance and signification in university formation in the two principals ways of formative process in higher education: teaching-learnig process and educative orientation and its direction.
