Abstract

In order to provide a way to make a structuring sequenced in college to help train more professional and better prepared to face the productive and service, we propose the methodology of forming general management skills (CGD) for students Higher Education, especially for engineering students, which will
broadly responsible for the direction of the processes associated with their specialty.

The proposed methodology is divided into six general formative stages, based on skills, essential in the present context. The proposal is part of a doctoral research result.
