Abstract

The integration of Natural and Traditional Medicine (NTM) arouses growing interest in medical training. The design of a virtual teaching-learning environment (EVEA) for the development of the educational teaching process of the MNT subject in the Medicine degree opens new educational possibilities, but requires a theoretical-methodological base that considers the didactic aspects of learning in virtual environments, the characteristics of MNT and the needs of medical students. Furthermore, it is about integrating different teaching strategies and digital educational resources that promote meaningful and contextualized learning in medical students. The objective of this article is to systematize theoretical-methodological elements that support the design of an EVEA for the MNT subject of the Medicine degree.
