Abstract

In the administration of the Educational process - Educational the control function had supreme importance, since through the same one it is possible to guarantee its efficiency. Traditionally the control actions to the indicators of academic efficiency have decreased to those that the year coordinator carries out for the sake of reverting the results, essentially centered in the information that the cuts of attendance and promotion offer. The control to the vertical efficiency, associated to a student cohort, it is also limited as for diagnosis facilities, presage and intervention.

In such a sense it is aspired, with the integration of the TIC the control of the  indicators of  the academic efficiency and the vertical efficiency, in student cohorts, to determine the main causes that influence negatively in the educational results and to intervene in the formative process after carrying out periodic samplings. To determine variables causal predictive associated to the actors of the Process of Teaching Learning, to assign probabilities a priori and to verify their behavior to posteriori will facilitate the determination of the causes that you/they affect the academic and vertical efficiency periodically and the appropriate intervention for their correction.
