Abstract

The University of Sciences Physical Culture and the Sport “Manuel Fajardo” (USPCS) aims to improve its undergraduate and postgraduate training processes, where the open educational resources (OER) have a great impact spent like half in the process of teaching-learning (PTL), in consequence the scientific problem, how to contribute to the professional overcoming with OER like half in the PTL? and general objective: proposed a system of professional overcoming with OER like half in the PTL, supported by the line of research the professional training of human resources through the teaching-learning process, whose results to from operationalization and parameterization of the variable of study: professional overcoming to spend with OER like half in the PTL, identifying dimensions and indicators and the population and sample for the diagnostic and validation of the results, using like empiric investigations the methods of observation and inquiry, elaborated three instruments and obtained data that teaching reaffirmed what's necessary of considering the open on-line educational resources like half of the process of teaching-learning for part of the teachers, concluding that exist insufficiencies in the teachers in the utilization of the open educational resources as solution of the scientific problem identified, whose actions in each prepared for stage permits supplying steps in their implementation.
