Abstract

Nowadays, most of the people around the world own mobile devices or electronic devices, which are being used with educational purposes. Therefore, ICTs evolution in educative environments have consequently motivated the use of new teaching- learning methodologies; one of them is Mobile learning. Mobile devices have emerged as new social, cultural and educational paradigms that cannot be omitted at the time of schooling, which tries to be inclusive and devoted to technologies. The mobile phone, the Tablet, the laptops are not only for searching social networks and the Internet, but for developing education. The present work has a qualitative descriptive character. The use of mobile devices and applications in the classroom was researched in order to determine the scope of mobile devices in the educational teaching process in a group of students from the Sancti Spíritus university.
