Virtualization model of the training process of the Sports University Manuel Fajardo

In recent years, the use of technological elements in educational contexts has led to profound transformations in institutions and in the way of organizing and working the educational teaching process. The objective is to propose a virtualization model of the training process of the "Manuel Fajardo" University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences. In this investigation, the mixed approach was assumed, which will make it possible to search for information on the virtualization of the UCCFD "Manuel Fajardo" from the perspectives of the different actors in the process, allowing to achieve greater fidelity of the results obtained in the applied instruments. The model presented in this article is based on the principles, norms and values established in the institution, linked to the virtual modality of studies. Learning is considered the center of the whole process, giving an active role to the student and to the training of teachers in the virtual modality, through interaction with an integrated system of digital educational resources, tools and services with a high degree of collaboration through the network, which will affect the quality of the educational teaching process that takes place at the university. It contributes to a flexible education capable of coping with the growing volume of knowledge that must be acquired by innovating face-to-face and virtual training processes.
