Abstract

He is carried out a theoretical analysis of the origin of the competitions, leaving of the managerial world, until arriving to the educational world; that which allows to go into in the address competitions like essence of the work that it is presented. Along the same one the ethical positioning is perceived, necessary to assume in the superior education, all time that this tendency wins more followers at world level and it constitutes for then an aim point for the projections of the Institutions of Superior Education and its formative process. For what the fundamental objective of the article is: To clarify the necessity to approach the address competitions and their ethical positioning in the Superior Education. As a result, an analysis of management competencies and the importance of their insertion in higher education is shown.
