Abstract

The new functions for the professional profile, derived from the social mission that was endorsed to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Investment in 2014 generate the necessity of an approach to the postgraduate model for the training of specialists.
The training of those specialists at the Training Center for Trade and Investment lacks external links with undergraduate courses for preparing employment stages and postgraduate training taking into account a systemic articulation of the main organizational professional training and academic training. For this, transformations are necessary.
As a starting point for the required model transformations for the specialist postgraduate education, the optional course is of vital importance for the students’ awareness in broad profile specialties to seek for an aim and attain a permanent education at the International Trade to get prepared for work and life. In this way
they will fulfill equilibrium between the scientific and technical training and a full spiritual development.
