Education for Communication mediated by TIC in citizens of vulnerable communities. From Cuba

Abstract

The  study  of  the  use  of  the  technologies  of  the  information  and  the communications (TIC) in citizens of vulnerable communities, as contribution to the individual  transformation, group and  of  these  spaces  under  conditions  of  social disadvantage,  it  is  the  object  of  study  of  this  investigation.  For  it  has  been considered it to the education for the communication, as a pedagogic process that contributes to the formation of the citizen aware of their list in the society, and of  the  paper  of  the  process  talkative non-mediatic  and  mediatic in  their  daily practices, conceiving to the means like instruments to their service.
To explore, to describe and to analyze the way of impacting that he/she has the use of the TIC from a conception of employment developed in the incorporation to  the  society  of  fellows  in  vulnerable  communities,  by  means  of  an  education
process  for  the  conscious  and  planned  communication,  they  are  part  of  the analysis  that  is  carried  out  in  the  investigation,  to  achieve,  from  the implementation  of  the  TIC  in  these  communities,  the  civic  empoderamiento
starting from the exchange of learnings. For he takes it like case of study to the Young  Computer  and  Electronics  Club  study  case. like  socialization  project  for children,  adolescents  and  youths  that  he/she  has  like  it  commends  to  play  an
active, creative part and of formation of values in the process of informatización of the Cuban society.
