Placing The Lisa in the map: An experience that the educational thing transcends / Poniendo a La Lisa en el mapa: Una experiencia que trasciende lo docente
Abstract
The act of teaching and also the one of learning includes other dimensions. The linking with the territory also incorporates other actors non university students that in the mark of a perspective essentially of dialogue interactúan, they teach
and they learn of the daily problems. This shared intervention facilitates an irreplaceable enrichment, as long as knowledge coming from the academic environment converge with those of the social environment.
This conception in the boarding of the teaching processes that incorporates other social actors also institutes, another model of civic construction. Here the university abandons the traditional one I space " illuminator " and it is located as
an actor more than it contributes and with determination he/she learns of the reality.
The present article shows the results obtained in a design shop for the urban – architectural revival of Paseo de la Avenida 51, to application of The Lisa's Government, in Havana, where students of fifth year of the FAculty of Architecture
of the CUJAE participated. The work had as objective to link to the professional futures in the solution of real problems and to promote the sense of ownership, when involving them with the inhabitants and the government institutions.
To place to The Lisa in the map, -sentence that arrived to stay -, it is an example of that conception of which one speaks.
