Elements take in consideration in the accompaniment to proffesors during virtual labs production
Abstract
This work belongs to the project “Virtual labs to engineering teaching”, developed in Cujae, Cuba. Among the objectives of the project, its proposes production of news labs and the preparation of the professors in order to an effective application in teaching process. Professors preparation is made through technical and pedagogical accompaniment, a way of personal and informal training, that has an maximum way impact in all spheres of performance of teacher.
The professor is included into the developing team as a member, until its role of expert of the issues. The accompaniment is expressed in different ways during productive process stages, by its own logic. In this job are exposed the more important elements to considerate in this labor, as the results of deeply theoretical check and practice experience. All this have being consolidated by five years of work in developing of virtual labs to teach technology sciences.
