Abstract

In this work he is carried out an analysis from the theoretical point of view on the educational work in the Residence student university student, from the systematizing of the concepts defined by a group of authors that you/they have approached the thematic ones indistinctly: educational work, I work educational, orientation, leaves of recognizing the importance of strengthening the development of the personality in the students granted a scholarship university students, especially of the career of Industrial Engineering in the University of Pinar del Río through the personalized attention, using as tool the pedagogic and psychological orientation.
