Philosophy of Technology in theteaching-learning process in Higher Education

Abstract

In the current context of Cuban Higher Education, theLEP Teaching-Learning Process has been revolutionized due to the gradual growth of digital technology. Precisely in this context the Philosophy of Technology as a discipline of Philosophy, allows us to assess elements of understanding ranging from description to conscious criticism about technology, its relations and impacts. Taking as a line of analysis that from this discipline technology enables the ability to create and innovate, allows the resolution of problems and the generation of knowledge that guarantee social development, but which in turn generates new challenges for the social branch with which I interacted, in the case of this research we will refer to the PEA. Therefore, our objective isto value the philosophy of technologyas a means for the development of SAP mediated by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Cuban Higher Education.
