Abstract

Nowadays the world is in a rising technic-scientific development, which requires some complex social transformations processes; it increases men cognitive needs so as to a reflexing of the ways of superation. There are different ways of superation in Cuba for developing human capital; in the educational field, teachers can count with some alternatives to become them in active transformers subjects in the society. The actions for capacitating men must be related with knowledge, abilities and the identified values to achieve the social tasks with a systemic approach and they will be in accordance with the objectives and quality it hopes to reach, that’s why in the capacitation schools the teachers’ superation is aimed to get the teaching staff excellency to increase the teaching-learning process quality. The superation improving system for teachers at a capacitation school demands the contextualization of the activity. The present work gets as objective to show a proceeding to determine the teachers’ superation needs based on the teacher’s competences, taking into account any school particularity.
