Abstract

The work had like study object the management of the knowledge and innovation in the 10 de October’s Technical Sciences Filial, due to their important list in the social appropriation of the knowledge for the local development. The investigation had as objective the conceptualization of the process of management of the knowledge and innovation like that his pertinence in the Technical Sciences Filials, keeping in mind the paper that it carry out thee as main actor of the local development. It make  a conceptual proposal for this process through of the fulfilled investigation, which it revel his possibilities of application to validate his effects and with the positive results, to make a summed up that structure  the essential objective, keeping in mind the most advanced approach of the literature consulted.
