At present, the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is of great importance in the teaching-learning process at any level. In higher education, virtual simulations are an important complement for the development of experimental skills in subjects such as Physics. The article exposes the results of a diagnosis made to students of the Telecommunications and Electronics specialty of the Technological University of Havana, specifically in the Physics III subject, taught in the 2022 academic year under special characteristics of blended attendance, from the introduction of virtual simulators in the subject, for the development of experimental skills. For this, documentary analysis, observation, the application of instruments such as surveys and the use for the analysis of the results of statistical programs were applied as methods. As a result, values were obtained that demonstrate a high motivation index and a discreet advance in the development of the experimental skills worked on in the subject.
