Abstract

An analysis from the point of view of theory on the formation of skills, from the origin of the term, its conceptualization and vision from company training and seeing the training process from the psychological references that support it, and being explicit the need and importance of skills training from the university to achieve successful performance in the professionals that form in higher education institutions.
