Information literacy in the preparation for employment of engineers in Informatics Sciences

In this article, the training of Higher Education graduates from the Computer Sciences career concerning the information literacy in the preparation for employment stage is studied. An analysis of the requirements to work with the graduates, mainly with those who are linked to teaching during this stage is carried out. Theoretical and empirical methods were used namely,
the inductive-deductive analysis, the analysis and synthesis, the systematization, the scientific observation, the documentary study among others, which have facilitated to reach definite conclusions as a result of this research. These results were decisive for a full training of the graduates who are linked to teaching and computerization of society at the university and
allowed to literate them in relation to essential aspects of their training process such as the management of information and knowledge to achieve a better professional performance.
