Evolution of the teacher training for the pedagogical practice through prospective approach at the Party schools

Abstract

The study of the evolution of the teacher training at the Party schools involves the most important stages through which this process has developed, taking into account the ways employed as well as the theoretical and methodological conceptions of the pedagogical practice for training the party leaders. The analysis of the particularities in each stage showed the need of training the teacher to achieve a pedagogical practice with prospective approach at present. Moreover, the problems which leaders usually face in their field of work, from the educational point of view, were predicted. A proactive teacher, capable of
educating a farsighted leader is required and to accomplish this purpose, the teacher training with prospective approach is fundamental. This article is aimed at analyzing the evolution of the teacher training for the pedagogical practice with prospective approach at the Party schools. As a result, the historical development of the teacher training in these
schools was synthetized, which demanded the implementation of the prospective approach to the pedagogical practice to achieve an effective training of the political leaders.
