Improvement of the postgraduate course program for the NewClass laboratory management in Dentistry

The development of science and technology has gained momentum in the twenty-first century in all fields. In the educational context, the emergence of language teaching and learning laboratories has meant a step forward. Their appropriate usage and management enhances the knowledge, habitsand skills acquisition in the foreign languages. The objective is describes the process of improvement of the postgraduate course for Language Teachers in the management of the NewClass laboratory in the School of Dentistry of Havana. A descriptive study with theoretical methods of analysis and
synthesis of bibliographic and documentary reviews was conducted. The study comprised 15 teachers. A survey was carried out to know the opinions of the postgraduate students attending the course related to the teaching activities and their necessities in relation to the management of the laborartory.
