Abstract

There are few references to how the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the training process, by facilitating the acquisition of knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for the development of their functions, can contribute to improving the management of inventories without needing to be absent from their job. From the analysis of the process of
Cuban organizational reorganization, the creation of the Ministry of Industries and taking into account the need to implement the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution, a study and systematization of the concept of training, The ICTs as mediators of the training process, Logistics and Inventory Management and the use of virtual environments in the training process carried out by different authors to theoretically and methodologically base the proposal of the design and development of a set of training actions in Management of Inventories mediated by a virtual environment of learning directed to managers, executives and specialists of the business system attended by the MINDUS and
thus to contribute to the sustainable development of the Cuban industry.
