The updating of technological processes, innovation and the needs of computerization in Cuban society impact on social development and demand more and more the updating and training of workers and leaders at the business sector. The objective of the article is to propose an integrating strategy between the university and the labor entity for the training of managers in the management of
information with Information and Communication Technology. The strategy is applied partially in a company, in which satisfactory results are obtained, based on the methods used. The strategy is distinguished by cooperative relations as a particular form of integration to which information management skills are
incorporated with information and communication technology according to the goals and objectives of the company.
