Abstract

The projects of life in the third age have been little studied in Cuba; however many are the programs and activities that the Cuban government impels from the own community to improve the quality of the old men life. This work contributes a theoretical-methodological approach toward the study of the projects of life in the third age. Theoretical and empiric methods were applied a population of 20 old men of grandfather's circle “Ana Betancourt", in the community of “The Trigal” of the Boyeros municipality, from Cuba. It was characterized this complex category of the system of personality. The list of the elaboration of projects of life is based in this stage of the human development from a conception historical-culturalista and a characterization of the community is offered of the community The Trigal like part of the conditions of the context demographic partner in which these old men are.
