Abstract

The training of professionals in Cuban Higher Education becomes essential support for the comprehensive development of the university student. Taking on this challenge is a complex task that demands a leading role from the university professor to educate today. Based on these arguments, the present work aims to delve into some considerations of the university professor. Reference is made to their effective preparation to attend to the professional and personal-social training of the student in the context of the transformations that occur.
