Production of digital educational resources implementing a system

Abstract

In today's society, guaranteeing quality education in the various educational institutions is related to continuous improvements not only in terms of infrastructure, but also in terms of learning models, making the integration of digital educational resources necessary. The research aims to describe the implementation of the system for the production of digital educational resources in the National Center for Distance Education. A prospective exploratory study was carried out based on a documentary and bibliographic review. The results show the actions that were taken into account during the implementation, as well as the organization of the roles and responsibilities of the production team within the system. From this experience, it is possible to select the personnel of the production team, and efficient processes and work flows are defined. The description of these aspects is important to ensure that the system is implemented and functions effectively.
