Abstract

There are many skills and challenges that professionals face to solve and innovate solutions and needs of work, social and scientific environment. Therefore, distance postgraduate training is, at present, a fundamental link in the improvement of professionals. The objective of this research is to identify the main characteristics in distance postgraduate training. The methodology used in this research was mainly the documentary review. Among the main results of this work, we can mention the approximation to postgraduate characteristics at international and national level.
