Abstract

Raising the excellence and quality of educational systems, particularly universities, has been a source of concern worldwide. It is carried out through psycho pedagogical consultancy which should be focused on the professional service for advising professors and students on socio-educational aspects to solve professional problems concerning their educational
development. The article reflects on psychopedagogical consultancy in the university context concerning the use of ICT, as well as the need to consider certain premises that allow supporting the use of digital educational materials for specific purposes. Different methods at the theoretical level were used that allowed the interpretation of facts and data, the systematization of the information and the precision of different points of view that minimize the limited use of digital educational materials as a substantial aspect of psychopedagogical consultancy to raise the excellence and quality of educational guidance
of ICT mediated teaching in educational systems.
