Abstract

In the Cuban economic sphere, a series of transformations are taking place from the structural point of view, ranging from the microeconomic to the macroeconomic level, and in all of this the updating of the Cuban economic and social model play a predominant role. The objective of this work was to demonstrate the need for contextualized training in business economics and
business group AZCUBA reservations in the current context. A questionnaire was applied to evaluate the application of economic analysis techniques in the intake process Decisions were used for the analysis of documents that allow showing possible training needs in economics.  These are the studies or reports related to
labor fluctuation and investment projects, the harvest balances that are issued when the harvest period finishes; and the results of the checks carried out during the years 2014 and 2015 for the AZCUBA Business Group. The instruments applied allowed corroborating that the training is not contextualized to what each management position demands, so a curriculum for the training in managerial economics is proposed for a better economic performance of the executives, that´s why once it finishes, this research will be able to count on a whole series of tools and instruments that allow the training in managerial economics for cadres and reserves of the sector to be contextualized.
